My sincere condolences to the Hooper family. I have great memories from working with Paul throughout his career in the County and then Halifax Regional School Board. He was always ready to take on challenging assignments and kept his standards high. I always enjoyed our conversations and appreciated his support. I also have fond memories of our rendition of “Barrett’s Privateer”. Ron Heiman

I was fortunate to meet Paul when he proudly took on the caretaker position at Kingswood Elementary in 2005, the year it first opened. He was always kind to me and willing to do anything I asked if he could. I am deeply saddened to hear of Paul’s passing and extend sincere condolences to all who are mourning for him.
