David will be sadly missed by his mother Betty and his sister Anne-Marie and extended family. His sense of humor was his most recognizable trait but there were many sides to Dave. One minute he was a very serious student of life and the next he had a devil-may-care attitude. He could never decide which path to follow. He was always available to help family and his friends to his detriment, at times.
When he was interested in something he excelled in his zest to understand and be better. Dave was a very intelligent person who could grasp complex electrical issues and solve problems with the best.
Dave and I had many discussions about life and his quest for greater things. I know he appreciated what his mother and his uncle, Kevin, did to support him. His mental health challenges should not define him as he had many positive qualities which he struggled to recognize. I hope he has finally found peace. May God bless and may his family find peace in time. As the popular lament says” Gone but not Forgotten”

What a beautiful smile!
I never had the opportunity to meet David. When I saw his obituary and funeral notice I, nonetheless, wanted to send a message of my condolences to his family. I lost my husband suddenly and unexpectedly back in Feb. He was just 45 years old. The shattering impact of a sudden, young loss is one I'm sadly familiar with. My heart goes out to you all and I am so very sorry for the loss of your son, brother, cousin, and nephew!
You'll be in my thoughts and prayers!
