Obituary of Robert Hugh Wilson Boyd

76 , Lower Sackville, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 27, 2020 at the VG Site, QEII. Born in Scotland, he was a son of the late Hamilton and Catherine Boyd.

Robert served with the Royal Canadian Navy as Chief Petty Officer 1st Class, retiring after 35 years.

He will lovingly be remember by his beloved wife of 55 years, Pearl; son, James; daughter, Leslie (Troy); grandchildren, Jessica, Justin, Megan and Matthew; brothers, Stephen (Jane), Gibson (Carol) and Kenneth (Mooneye); sister, Barbara (Peter), all of Ontario.

In keeping with Robert’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
