Obituary of Christopher William Walsh

62, Dartmouth, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 23, 2020 in the Hospice Halifax. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late William and Hattie Walsh.

Chris was a painter most of his working life. He had a great sense of humor and was an all-around good guy who loved his family and friends. He will be missed by many.

Chris is survived by his siblings, Wendy Walsh, June (Tom) Hanrahan, Rose Small, Valerie (Sylvain) Paradis, Nona Boutilier, Billie Ann Walsh and Frankie Walsh; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother, Jerry.

In keeping with Chris’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A visitation will take place at Maritime Cremation Centre on Friday, September 4, 2020 from 1-3pm, with a celebration of his life to follow at 3pm. Private family burial will take place at a later date. Donations in his memory may be made to Hospice Halifax.
