Obituary of Robert Wayne Everett

Born George H. Anstie. Lower Sackville. It is with great sadness that the friends of Robert “Bob” announce his peaceful passing on November 12, 2020.  Born in Montague, PEI on July 10, 1950, he was a son of the late Annie Anstie, raised by Helen and William Everett.  

Bob is survived by his friend, Jean White, who was always there to help; grandchildren, Tristen, Connor, Ethan, Chase and Abigail; sister, Blanche McKenna, who was always in his heart and his brother, Raymond Hicks. He was predeceased by his foster sisters, Shirley Jennings, Barb O’Toole, Lillian MacKenzie, Marion McGee; foster brothers, Earl and Bill Everett.  Also predeceased by sister, Ilean Anstie and brother, Donny Anstie.

He will always be remembered as a caring man who was willing to help anyone who asked.

Cremation has taken place under the care of Maritime Cremation Centre, 67 Temple Terrace, Lower Sackville, where a service of remembrance will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 6 p.m. Donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation in his name. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, attendees of the service are required to wear a mask.
