Obituary of Dennis Edward Hagen

81, of Lower Sackville, NS, passed away at the QEII Hospital on January 26, 2024.  Born in Liverpool, NS, he was the only son of the late James and Marion Hagen.  He is survived by his wife, Hattie, daughters, Karla (Wil) Kitimat, BC, and Maria, Hampton, NS, sons, Donald (Krista), Hammonds Plains, NS, and Ronald, Lower Sackville, NS, his sisters, Ann Louise (Fred), Liverpool, NS, Carolyn (Charles), Liverpool, NS, and Mariyn (Danny), Bridgewater, NS.  He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.  He was a wonderful person, a family man, terrific dad, and loving husband, and a whole list of others things.  This list includes being a Member of the Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star.  He was a teacher, scholar, pharmacist, motel manager, tour guide, chauffeur, and handyman.  He had a great sense of humour.  He will be missed by both his family members and friends alike.  May he now find peace.  No flowers by request.  If you wish, please make a donation to your favorite charity in memory of Dennis.  A burial will take place in the spring.
