From my knowledge of Bill he was a quiet and kind soul. I would frequently drop in to see him and say hello on the 4th floor of Veterans Memorial hospital on my frequent visits to see my dad who resides on the same floor.
Clearly he was loved by his dedicated wife Dorothy and daughter Bernice and I’m sure by all that knew him.
I would like to offer my condolences to the entire family.
